Fishing At It's Finest

Trout Lake is spring fed, roughly fourteen miles long and has 40 miles of shoreline. Lake Trout, Muskie, Walleye, Northern Pike, Large & Small Mouth Bass are plentiful. After a day of fishing your favourite spots, you can enjoy a relaxing night around your private fire pit or sitting in your screened-in porch. If you’re looking for more of an adventure, we have boats on an outpost lake that cab be reached by a boat ride and short hike; there you’ll find excellent fishing for Northern Pike. Boats and Motors We have a good selection of 14′ Lund boats, 15 Hp motors, and canoes available to rent. Our Lund boats have 2 padded swivel seats to make your day fishing more comfortable and also include required boat safety equipment, life jackets, landing net, paddle and an anchor. Each boat can accommodate 2-3 individuals, along with their gear. Gas, oil and bait are all available on-site. You supply your own fishing rods/reels and preferred fishing tackle. At Silvery Moon Lodge there is a granite launch ramp for guests bringing their own boats and a storage area for boat trailers.
